Once the form is filled out, click the Register button to submit your registration.

Email Verification

  1. If email verification is required, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
  2. Open the email and click the Verify Email button or link to complete your email verification.

Redirect to 2FA Activation

  1. If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is not activated, after successful registration and email verification, you will be redirected to the 2FA activation page.
  2. On this page, you will be asked to scan a QR code using the Google Authenticator app to link your account with 2FA. You will also be provided with a recovery code in case you need to restore access in the future.

How to Scan the QR Code Using Google Authenticator

Step 1: Install Google Authenticator (If Not Installed)

  1. For Android:
  2. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone.
  3. Search for Google Authenticator.
  4. Tap Install to download and install the app.
  5. For iOS (Apple):
  6. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
  7. Search for Google Authenticator.
  8. Tap Get to download and install the app.

Step 2: Open Google Authenticator

  1. Once the app is installed, open the Google Authenticator app.

Step 3: Scan the QR Code

  1. After opening the app, tap on the "+" icon (or "Begin Setup" if this is your first time using the app).
  2. Choose "Scan a QR code".
  3. Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code displayed on the 2FA activation page.

Step 4: Enter the 6-Digit Code

  1. Once the QR code is scanned, Google Authenticator will generate a 6-digit code.
  2. Enter this 6-digit code on the 2FA activation page to confirm and complete the activation of 2FA.

Step 5: Save the Recovery Code

  1. The page will also display a recovery code. Save this recovery code in a safe location, as it can be used to recover access to your account if you lose access to your authenticator app.

2FA Activated — Access Dashboard

  1. If 2FA is already activated, after email verification, you will be asked to enter a 6-digit OTP (One-Time Password) from your authenticator app to gain access to your dashboard.
  2. Once you enter the correct OTP, you will be granted access to your dashboard.

Successful Registration and Access to Dashboard

  1. If 2FA was activated during registration, after entering the correct OTP, you will be redirected to your dashboard.
  2. If the 6-digit OTP is incorrect, you will be asked to try again until you enter the correct code.

Additional Notes

  1. Recovery Code: Always keep your recovery code safe and accessible. If you ever lose access to your Google Authenticator app, you can use the recovery code to regain access to your account.
  2. OTP (One-Time Password): Every time you log in after activating 2FA, you will need to enter a new OTP generated by Google Authenticator to access your account.
