In relation to the management of Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) data, we hereby inform all AEO-certified companies that requests for changes to AEO data can be submitted online through AEO Indonesia Online via the Sidebar Menu → Change Request.
🔄 Types of Change Requests
Change requests may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Company Name Change
- Addition / Update / Deletion of Address
- Addition / Update / Deletion of Operator Type
- Other Changes, such as: Replacement of the AEO Manager; Updates to company contact details; Other information relevant to AEO Certification
📂 Required Documents to Be Uploaded
For the submission of a change request, companies are required to upload the following documents:
- Change Request Letter: Must be signed by the Company’s Authorized Representative / Top Management; Must clearly describe the addition, amendment, or deletion of data related to the AEO Certification Decree; Must include PIC (Person in Charge) contact details to be contacted by the AEO Validation Team
- Supporting Evidence: Official documents that substantiate the requested changes (e.g. deed of amendment, updated business license, NIB, or other relevant legal documents)
- Related Procedures (if applicable): Must be submitted if the changes have an impact on the company’s business processes, such as operational workflows, internal controls, or compliance management

- Please ensure that all uploaded documents are complete, valid, and reflect the company’s most recent condition.
- Change requests will be processed by the AEO Validation Team after all documents have been verified as complete and accurate.
- Incomplete submissions may result in delays in the validation process.
